Oasis Mangoes Return & Refund Policy

At Oasis Mangoes, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality dried mango straight to your door. Since our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring you have the best experience with us.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at marketing@oasismango.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Issues & Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, reach out to us. While we cannot accept returns, we may provide store credit or a replacement on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders reported beyond 7 days of delivery
  • Products that have been opened or consumed (unless damaged/defective)
  • Minor variations in taste, texture, or appearance (as dried fruit naturally varies)

Cancellations & Address Errors

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, we cannot process cancellations.
  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses.
